High school started last Wednesday. It's okay. It's not as awesome as I had built it up to be, but it's not horrible. I was looking forward to all the new people, and I'm not disappointed, but I don't think I took into account the fact that for all these new people in my classes, some old people had to go. Ginny's not in any of my classes. I think that'll effect our friendship because... she's the kind of person you have to be around a lot to stay friends with. Figure that out on your own. I digress...
Plenty of new people. New boys ;) and, uh, new girls (not wink). Back to boys. There are a bunch of cute juniors and seniors in my computer graphic art class, but I'm just a *tiny* bit intimidated by them, so I don't have expectations for that kind of stuff in that class. And anyway, those guys aren't exactly the sharpest knives. If you know what I mean. There's this guy, Aiden, in my math class who is pretty cute and smart. Unless he's a junior, which would make him kind of dim.
Guys. Things will get better guy-wise for me in high school, because they have to. I still like Chad, and I know he would be the perfect boyfriend for me, but I've been down that road and it wasn't pretty. I am confused by my feelings for Connor now and that kind of sucks. I still think he's cute and wish something had happened last year. To make it worse, I see him all the time in the hallways but I don't have any classes with him. Oh, and the fact that he has a 'water polo body,' according to Summer. Thanks for that image. That should help me get over him.
Friends are still confusing. I can tell I'm going to drift away from my circle this year, because I'm already starting to drift a little bit. And just when I felt secure. But Nicole is in my P.E. class, which is pretty freaking awesome. :)
And remember, Fall Out Boy loves you!
P.S.- My math teacher is a Nazi. That is all.
